As we close out CTE Month, we want to celebrate Coach Mackenzie James. She is one of our College and Career Explorations teachers at the Junior High. She is in her first year of teaching a CTE course. Coach James’ students are also working through the career clusters as well as gaining exposure to aspects of college and job-related skills in order to make informed postsecondary goals for themselves. Please join us in celebrating Coach James and her contributions to our CTE program.

We are continuing our celebration of CTE Month by recognizing Ms. Mary Ellis. Ms. Ellis is in her first year of teaching a CTE course. She also teaches the College and Career Explorations courses at the Junior High. Her 8th graders are working through the 16 career clusters and beginning to get exposure to some aspects of college so they can have a solid plan for their futures.
