We are thrilled to launch Year 1 of this paid teacher residency program, expanding our mission to recruit, train, and retain the highest quality educators for our students. The energy was electric as we celebrated a major milestone for our Baylor University Teacher Residency program! Our newest residents officially found out which host teachers they’ll be teaming up with for the 2026-2027 school year.
🎓 Three Years of Excellence
We are officially entering Year 3 of our incredible partnership with Baylor. This paid residency program allows aspiring educators to immerse themselves in our classrooms for a full year, gaining deep, hands-on experience before they even graduate.

A massive thank you goes out to our dedicated Robinson ISD host teachers. Your commitment to spending extra time coaching, guiding, and modeling excellence is what makes this program a success. You aren't just teaching students; you are actively shaping the next generation of educators.
