✨ Meet Cindy Kososki ✨
We’re excited to introduce Cindy Kososki, a passionate member of the Robinson Education Foundation who continues to make a lasting impact on students and educators!
Cindy serves as a Strategic Integration Liaison at Region 12, where she coaches district leadership teams through systems-level change. She is dedicated to building strong partnerships, providing resources, and supporting schools in creating systems that meet the needs of all students.
Her “why” is rooted in experience. Cindy spent 14 years teaching in Robinson ISD, where she also received three REF grants that brought innovative learning opportunities to her classroom. Seeing that impact firsthand inspired her to give back through REF—helping ensure teachers have the support and resources to bring their ideas to life for students across the district.
Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Baylor University (2003), completed studies in Differentiated Instruction at Concordia University Austin (2015), and earned her Doctorate of Special Education from Walden University in 2024.
Originally from Houston, Cindy moved to Waco in 2000 to attend Baylor and has called it home ever since. She taught in Robinson from 2004–2018, and her family’s connection to the district runs deep. Both of her daughters are Robinson graduates—Baylee (Class of 2023) and Ellie (Class of 2026—almost to the finish line!).
As Cindy shares, “My kids may be graduates, but my heart is still in Robinson. Serving through REF is how I stay connected to the district that has done so much for us.”
Outside of her work and service, Cindy and her husband, Adam, enjoy serving through their church and Shriners Children’s. They love watching hockey, cheering on the Baylor Bears, and spending time together as a family—especially cruising and exploring new beaches.
We’re grateful for Cindy’s heart for service and her continued commitment to Robinson ISD! 💙
