Hi there! I am thrilled to be a part of the Robinson community and serve as an assistant principal at RHS! I have been in education since 2012. I have taught within the Reading/Language Arts and special education departments from elementary to high school. I also served as an assistant principal for a campus with grades pre-k 3 through 8th grade. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree from Texas A&M University - Central Texas. My husband, Zach, will also be a part of the RHS team as a teacher and coach. We have three kiddos: Wilder (7), Scout (4), and Wells (1.5). They, too, will become tiny rockets this year! Our family loves to be outdoors, travel, and be involved within our church to serve the community. We are looking forward to such a wonderful year! Let’s go Rockets!
Howdy! I am so excited to join the Robinson High School administrative team! I have taught and coached at RHS for the past six years, with stops before that at China Spring High School and Colleyville Heritage High School. I hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Texas (although my allegiance is very much to the former). My wife, Lauren, is a graduate of Baylor Law School and owns a law practice with her father. Lauren and I have two sons: Brady, 7, and Cooper, 5. Our family loves running, swimming, eating, and playing or watching pretty much any sport. I love the Robinson community and consider myself very fortunate to work in RISD! #RNQ
I am so excited to join the Rockets Team this year! I am beginning my 21st year in education this year. I have taught and coached at the middle school level, and I have been a counselor at both the middle school and high school level. After moving to Waco in 2018, I became a counselor and then an Assistant Principal in Waco ISD. I received my Bachelor's degree in Math Education from Wayland Baptist University, and I hold a Masters degree in School Counseling from West Texas A&M University as well as a Masters degree in Educational Leadership from Lamar University. My husband James is the AV teacher at Robinson, and we have two daughters and a son - Josslynn (senior), Jayleigh (6th grade), and Jackson (Kindergarten). We enjoy exercising, watching movies, cooking, and watching sports of all kinds - usually at high volumes. I am delighted to support the Robinson community with all of their College, Career, and/or Military goals!
I'm extremely excited to be the Director of Athletics for Robinson ISD. I have been teaching and coaching for 33 years in many roles. In my career I have been proud to be an English teacher, assistant athletic director, head football coach, assistant head football coach, head track coach, head girls basketball coach, head powerlifting coach and a head wrestling coach. My wife Lisa works at Robinson High School. My son Brandon and daughter-in-law Stephanie live in Arlington with my two granddaughters Scarlett and Autumn. Come by, I will show you pictures of them. Great things are happening in Robinson ISD and I'm so happy to be a part of it.
