Pre-participation Physical Evaluation (UIL PPE Form)

Robinson ISD will offer a night for physicals on April 26, 2021. This will be held at RHS. Specific times and other information will be released soon.  

RankOne

Robinson ISD Athletic Department is changing documentation programs. We are no longer using the Register My Athlete (RMA) system. Beginning in the spring of 2021, we will transition to RankOne Sport. 

All Robinson ISD athletes who plan to participate in the Athletic program at Robinson High School or Robinson Junior High are required to complete the information on the RankOne Sport website.

Please go to https://robinsonisd.rankonesport.com/New/NewParentLogin.aspx and complete the required UIL athletic paperwork and physical. You will upload a copy of your medical history and physical form at the end (or provide a hard copy to the RISD Athletic Trainer).

(COVID-19 Update)

NEW for the 2021-2022 school year. With the exception of current RISD 7th-grade students, ALL returning RISD student-athletes must submit a physical AND medical history form in order to participate in 21-22. Current 7th graders (incoming 8th) will only need to submit the medical history although you may choose to submit a new physical if you would like to.
